Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lash extension services to clients, ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to clients, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage client bookings, appointments, and communication, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in lash extension techniques and industry standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current cosmetology or esthetician license.
  • Ability to learn and master lash extension techniques specific to Deka Lash.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
What We Offer:

As a Lash Extension Specialist at Deka Lash, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative team environment.
