Lash Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash extension services to our clients, ensuring they leave our studio feeling confident and beautiful.

• Lash Artistry and Tinting: You will be responsible for applying lash extensions and tinting services to our clients, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Upselling Products and Services: You will have the opportunity to upsell our products and services to our clients, increasing revenue and enhancing their overall experience.
• Client Service: You will be the face of our studio, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
• Sanitation and Industry Standards: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Additional Duties: You may be required to perform additional duties as needed, such as assisting with marketing initiatives or participating in training programs.

• Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License: You must have a current cosmetology or esthetician license to be considered for this role.
• Lash Extension Certification: While not required, lash extension certification is a plus.
• Positive Attitude and Lash Extension Skills: You must have a positive attitude and strong lash extension skills to be successful in this role.
• Ability to Learn and Grow: You must be willing to learn and grow with our company, continuing to develop and perfect your skills.
• Knowledge of Deka Lash Products: You must have knowledge of our products and be able to consult and design appropriate lash designs based on client preference and need.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, able to consult with clients and provide recommendations in a friendly and helpful manner.

The compensation for this role is $80,000.00 per year, providing a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and advancement.
