Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key role within Dal-Tile LLC, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of recruiting efforts. This position will lead a team and collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a diverse and talented pipeline for recruiting.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels and recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Partner with internal departments to determine recruiting needs and strategies.
  • Develop recruiting goals for individual units.
  • Conduct interviews to identify strong candidates.
  • Train hiring managers, recruiters, and HR staff.
  • Establish Dal-Tile as the employer of choice through diversity outreach.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview questions and refresh them on legalities involved with interviewing.
  • Ensure all applicants are in the tracking system for EEO/AA tracking.
  • Identify and implement improvements to programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of management experience.

This role requires a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential data. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.
