Job Summary

The IT Customer Relationship Manager, Demand and Supply role is a key position that will work on strategic enterprise projects, responsible for developing overall design and execution of supply chain planning business processes, including the interface of these processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business goals and requirements associated with IT strategic roadmap
  • Research and propose JDA/SAP system solutions to realize business goals for strategic projects in subject area
  • Evaluate and propose changes to existing processes to make systems efficient, wherever opportunities exist
  • Ability to evaluate new technology, make recommendations to strategic partners with CBA
  • Responsible to determine system solutions to achieve goals of the IT strategic roadmap in subject area
  • Responsible to formulate and deliver an enterprise level functional design for all JDA and legacy systems in respective area
  • Participate in the Planning, Blueprinting, Realization, Final Preparation and Go-Live/Support phases of IT Strategic projects assigned
  • Assist and evaluate business requirements to hypothesize SAP centric business solutions
Requirements
  • BS Degree, Information Technology or Engineering or Business Administration. Masters Degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 10 Years IT Experience or equivalent experience in supply chain roles.
  • Experience with JDA planning solutions, including Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Demand Planning. SAP ERP experience is highly desired.
  • Strong Supply Chain background is required.
  • Can develop and articulate a strategic roadmap utilizing JDA and SAP ERP solutions to support the supply chain planning needs of a corporation.
  • Experienced in IT Governance Processes for the prioritization and sequencing of IT projects in constrained environments.
  • Ability to develop business case and project ROI calculations.
  • Experience with JDA upgrade projects will be a plus.
  • Implementation experience of JDAs Enterprise Supply Planning and Demand Planning solutions.
  • High level understanding of SAP business processes areas including: SD Sales & Distribution, MM Materials Management, PP Production Planning, QM - Quality Management. Product Lifecyle Management experience is plus.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle) with ability to write SQL queries to analyze data highly desired.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including creation of Excel spreadsheets, and MS Power Point presentations is required.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Project including creation of resourced project schedules with understanding of critical path planning is desired.
