Job Title: Senior Director, Project Management Office

Perdue Farms is a leading provider of premium proteins, committed to innovation and growth. As a Senior Director, Project Management Office, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and ensuring project alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the PMO strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and govern project management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee the portfolio of projects, supporting prioritization of initiatives based on strategic value, risk assessment, and resource availability.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation across projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Coach and mentor project management practitioners, ensuring adoption of Perdue methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a PMO environment.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios.
  • Strong budget, cost, and profitability management skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree.
  • PMP or PgMP certification.
