- Provide Expert Renewal Analysis: Conduct thorough renewal analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop customized strategies to drive business expansion.
- Deliver Outstanding Service and Selling of New Lines of Business: Provide exceptional service to clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
- 4+ Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, such as group benefits, account management, or sales.
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses: Life and health insurance licenses required for all states in which business will be conducted or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, and oral/written communication skills.
- Advanced Math Skills: Advanced math skills required with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
- 25% Travel Required: 25% travel required, including overnight stays for face-to-face interaction with customers and brokers.
- Competitive Salary Range: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
