Retail Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and promote company products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area and self-checkout lanes
• Process member purchases, handle payments, and provide guidance on member self-service technology
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and working with mobile retail applications, preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
