We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Community Therapist. As part of our organization, which operates across multiple states, we provide essential services to both adults and children. Role Responsibilities:
As a Community Therapist, you will manage a caseload of children in state custody classified as Level 3. Your focus will be on facilitating successful placements by addressing the distinct needs of each client and their family. You will provide individual and family therapy while engaging in interdisciplinary treatment planning, which includes developing comprehensive clinical and psychosocial assessments as well as crisis intervention consultations.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree and either on a licensure track or license eligible, with supervision provided.
- At least one year of relevant experience working with children with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities, or equivalent education and experience.
- A solid understanding of trauma-informed care, clinical diagnoses, and interventions for mental health conditions.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
