As a Community Therapist, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support to children in state custody, specifically those classified as Level 3. Your role will focus on facilitating successful placements by addressing the distinct needs of each client and their family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and family therapy sessions.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical and psychosocial assessments.
  • Provide crisis intervention consultation.

Qualifications:

We seek a passionate professional who is:

  • Holding a master’s degree and on a licensure track or license eligible, with supervision provided.
  • Possessing at least one year of relevant experience working with children with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities.
  • Knowledgeable in trauma-informed care and mental health interventions.
  • Equipped with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
