Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Leasing Team and Corporate Office Executives with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team, including answering phones, greeting guests, and maintaining internal phone lists.
  • Manage mail and packages, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, and preparing certified receipts.
  • Coordinate FedEx and other carrier drop-offs/pick-ups, and track properties for bill backs.
  • Maintain the front lobby and conference rooms, ensuring they are presentation-ready at all times.
  • Update and maintain conference room schedules, tenant email and contact lists, and other administrative databases.
  • Provide general office support, including expense reports, travel coordination, luncheons, reservations, calendar management, and contact database maintenance.
  • Assist with special projects, such as creating and maintaining spreadsheets in Excel, and compiling detailed leasing reports for all LPC listings.
  • Coordinate DocuSign for various projects, and maintain the Salesforce database of clients for the leasing team.
  • Assist with compiling commission packages, tracking commission payouts, and coordinating processing.
  • Mail out leasing campaigns, and assist with updating CoStar & LoopNet as needed for the leasing team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma; degree from four-year college or university a plus.
  • Two or more years of related experience and/or training required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in a sensitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively and clearly communicate with Brokers and Executives.
  • Familiarity with AIR CRE and lease drafts, especially those used by Institutional CRE landlords.
  • Ability to be flexible, handle multiple priorities, and work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and balance workload during cyclical periods.
  • Knowledge of office administrative duties, including the operation and troubleshooting of typical office equipment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

This position is 100% in-office, requiring standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

Pay Range: $66,000 - $70,000 USD
