Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and balance multiple customers, meeting or exceeding sales goals and working evening store events.
- Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience and developing positive relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a luxury environment, preferably in a retail setting.
- Experience working in a commissioned environment and building a loyal customer base.
- Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a fashionable and daily styled personal appearance.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to stand for sustained periods of time and move throughout the store.
- Flexibility, including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer terminal.
- Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel products.
Education:
- High School education or equivalent.
