About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Windsor Stock Stylist. As a key member of our sales and styling team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team in delivering our mission statement to fashion-loving customers
  • Ensure the store always represents Windsor's Visual Guidelines
  • Showcase your passion for Windsor through owning merchandise operations in both front and back of house
  • Smile and make our customers happy
  • Create the Oasis for our customers using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method
  • Process shipments, update promotional signage, and complete markdowns
  • Lead the team to success through your keen eye for merchandising opportunities and strong operational focus
  • Think outside the box and seek new ways to create value for our guests

Requirements:

  • Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends, and pushes
  • Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English
  • Access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area
  • Operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
  • Climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store
