Job Overview: We are seeking experienced, passionate and fashion-savvy Stylists to join our team at the River Oaks pop-up. As a Stylist, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional shopping experiences, helping clients discover their style and feel confident in their choices. This role is perfect for individuals who are fashion-driven, personable, and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.


Our Expert Stylists are:

•       Passionate about building women’s confidence through personalized head-to-toe styling.

•       Balance the assigned workload each day to enhance productivity and ensure our customers have the best shopping experience.         

•       Develop and build client rapport with new and existing customers  to promote a positive environment   that keeps our customer engaged.             

•       Maximize opportunities on sales floor to drive KPI results through building genuine client relationships.

•       Passionately engage in information and training regarding styling, product knowledge, and the five simple steps to selling.       

•       Ensure visual standards are represented and displayed.      

•       Take initiative and be in the know of emails, events, trunk shows, parties, and client appointments.        

•       Present feedback that is professional, solution-oriented and business-focused.                  

            

Our Expert Stylists:     

•       Process information and operate store systems accurately.

•       Are available based on the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays.  We try to guarantee each stylist two Saturdays off per month     

•       Must bend, reach, and stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds/18 kilos.    

•       Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
