Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Deliver high-quality project deliverables and meet target delivery dates.
- Requirements Elicitation: Utilize various elicitation techniques to deliver high-quality project deliverables in support of project delivery.
- Business Analysis: Plan and monitor activities related to business analysis, perform stakeholder analysis, and select appropriate project approach and estimates business analysis effort regarding project deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with program and project managers to ensure clear understanding of program and project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Requirements Documentation: Elicit and document requirements, including supporting multiple delivery methodologies, collaborating with multiple business analysts to deliver a comprehensive package of project deliverables.
- Solution Development: Confirm and communicate stakeholder needs, collaborate with technology partners to identify solution options, and ensure solutions are well-documented and understood by all project stakeholders.
- Traceability: Ensure traceability of multiple types of requirements to business objectives, test cases, and solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate and document project needs via deliverables such as RAP documents, user stories, diagrams, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Documentation: Ensure clear, concise, and consumable deliverables are documented and approved by all project stakeholders.
- Hand-Off: Ensure hand-off of documentation across multiple business analysts is understood and occurs as needed.
- Risk Management: Convey an appropriate sense of urgency when risks and issues arise throughout the delivery of projects as related to project deliverables and potential need for prioritization and escalation.
- Meetings and Collaboration: Coordinate and facilitate meetings with representatives from all levels of the organization, vendors, and regulatory agencies as required to support planning, validation, and final deployment processes.
- Decision Making: Seek guidance from management as needed with expectation to develop increased independence regarding decision making.
- Leadership: Mentor and coach others in business analysis documentation techniques, standards, and best practices.
- Self-Development: Proactively pursue self-development and improvement in delivery assurance skills on a control basis.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with associates and vendors at all levels.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent across the enterprise in support of best practices and where applicable, advocate PMO services.
