Job Description:

Vaco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business analysis and be able to work effectively in a waterfall environment.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality project deliverables and meeting target delivery dates. This will involve utilizing various elicitation techniques to gather and document business requirements, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting. They will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be empowered to make decisions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality project deliverables and meet target delivery dates
  • Utilize elicitation techniques to gather and document business requirements

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of professional IT business analysis experience
  • Strong background in waterfall environments
  • Knowledge of Agile process
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in downtown Cincinnati
