Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Seven years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
