Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Administrator to join our team at DAK Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and management of facility operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction, reduce liability, and improve facility operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, including evening, night, weekend, and holiday visits.
  • Manage contracts and insurance certificates, and direct move and rearrangement projects involving I.S.
  • Arrange building services and accomplish other tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as Health Care, Education, Management, Business/Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Nutrition, Business, Nursing, or Health Administration.
  • A minimum of five years of work experience in a hospital, retail pharmacy, or Dr. Office, with a minimum level of associate Facility Administrator or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Exceptions may be made for supervisory experience if the candidate demonstrates the ability to supervise the proper administration of a correction or detention facility with a substantial number of inmates.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with experience with medical database software preferred.

Compensation:

Market value for the position and experience, with a starting salary of $110,000 per year.
