Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at PruittHealth Home Health. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Administrator with various tasks and supervising clerical office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate office processes and report opportunities for improvement to the Administrator.
- Perform data entry functions as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
- Order office supplies and manage expenses within budgeted allotments.
- Assure coverage for receptionist duties and maintain a system for timely submission and payment of invoices.
- Maintain lines of communication with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely paperwork.
- Work on billing reports daily to ensure timely filing of claims.
- Ensure accuracy of daily census and track personnel files for agency and branch locations.
Requirements:
- Two years of college or business school and/or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- One year of administrative experience in healthcare or a similar services industry.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field preferred.
