As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to surpass our customers' expectations by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience.

Successful candidates will have the chance to present our customers with a diverse selection of high-quality groceries and more. We provide employee discounts, flexible working hours, continuous training, and opportunities for career growth.

In this position, you will engage with customers to identify their needs and guide them to suitable products while sharing your product knowledge and suggesting additional items and services.

You will be expected to achieve sales and productivity targets, working closely with customers as a trusted advisor.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner, responding promptly to inquiries and requests for assistance.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate products.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain organization and tidiness in merchandise areas on the sales floor.
  • Process customer transactions at the register as required.
  • Implement store initiatives to present customers with additional products and services (e.g., promotional items, credit applications).
  • Assist customers in creating registries when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required by business needs, including stocking, freight processing, fulfillment, price adjustments, cart retrieval, and cashiering.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt schedule, tasks, and priorities to meet business demands.

Our Retail Sales Representatives should possess the following skills:
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Proactively follow up with sales leads.
