Join Our Team as a Water Damage Specialist

BELFOR Property Restoration is a leading provider of disaster recovery and property restoration services. We're seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for water damage restoration projects.
  • Review daily project requirements, document progress, and notify managers of challenges encountered.
  • Provide accurate field documentation, photographic records, and sketches for various projects.
  • Use acquired skills to develop humidity content records, complete pyrometric records, and determine drying objectives.
  • Calculate humidity load, cubic meters of affected building areas, and request additional support for large water loss projects.
  • Determine electrical consumption of drying equipment, connect and operate 220/110 converters, and request temporary power sources.
  • Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain vehicles in excellent condition.
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to BELFOR standards to safeguard clients' property.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines and travel for work as needed.
  • Accurately report time worked, equipment used, and consumables consumed.
  • Attend BELFOR-sponsored operations and security training courses.

  • Willingness to travel and work at night and on weekends.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
