Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level project design and review of project documents and design quality for complex projects.
  • Conduct research in areas of considerable scope and complexity.
  • Advise and direct staff on design approaches to fulfill project requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities within the team.
  • Supervise and review technical assignments of less experienced staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • Professional engineering license (PE).
  • 8 or more years of engineering experience.
  • 4 years of experience leading or mentoring.
  • Experience in stormwater and water resources; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, master planning, stream restoration or stormwater design a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well with a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
