Avionics Technician Senior Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician Senior to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the maintenance and repair of avionics and electronic systems on our aircraft.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians in the maintenance and repair of avionics and electronic systems
* Conduct complex troubleshooting and repair of avionics and electronic systems
* Develop and implement process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed

**Requirements**

* 6 years of experience in an avionics or electrical career field
* 2 years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and 4 years of related experience
* A&P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferred
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
