Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Westin San Diego. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and handle room reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and friendly service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Operate the front desk computer system, managing room assignments, and handling guest requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
