Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items, including reading menu to estimate food requirements, ordering food from suppliers, and preparing and cooking food in accordance with company production records and standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Interact with customers and coworkers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, ensuring compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding fruits and vegetables, butchering chicken, fish, and shellfish, and baking bread, rolls, cakes, and pastry.
