YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Collaborating with customers, field sales, and/or service partners to enhance specific account objectives and strategies.
  • Utilizing your technical knowledge of product offerings and interpersonal skills to foster and drive sales.
  • Guiding customers through the selection and sizing process to identify the most suitable technology and products.
  • Making a significant impact by providing valuable recommendations based on application requirements, including industry standards, product sizing, budget considerations, and configuration needs.
  • Supporting the company's growth initiatives by effectively communicating the Measurement Solutions Group's policies and practices to customers.
  • Providing fundamental technical solutions and general application support to assist customers while conveying Emerson's unique value proposition.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to comprehend their account and application needs.
  • Overseeing the quote-to-order process, including customer follow-ups and technical reviews of purchase orders.
  • Maintaining a growth mindset focused on enhancing your knowledge of our products, applications, and industries.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Zero (0) to Two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL SET YOU APART:

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Prior experience in a related industry.

Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option:

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week after the completion of training. Our teams collaborate to ensure that our chosen work schedules foster creativity and efficiency in meeting our customers' needs.
