Responsibilities:
  • Process wholesale title work, dealer trade title work, and retail title work
  • Process out-of-state and export title work
  • Handle tag transfers
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning
Requirements:
  • Automotive dealership title clerk experience
  • Knowledge of automotive accounting, including refunds, write-offs, funding, and F&I notes
  • Knowledge of DMV software, such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds & Reynolds, or TitleTec
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively
  • Math ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding and deal with problems involving several concrete variables
