We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Affinity Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and appearance of our properties.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • To coordinate and schedule maintenance work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • To conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and implement corrective action
  • To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory levels
  • To collaborate with other departments, such as property management and accounting, to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, facilities management) is an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a multi-family residential setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, if required

Compensation Package:

  • An estimated salary range of $35-$45 per hour, based on location and experience
