Job Overview

The Portfolio Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in upholding the quality and integrity of all physical assets within the portfolio. This dedicated professional embodies UDP's core values, exemplifying passion, energy, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of scheduled and unscheduled property maintenance functions to ensure timely completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Administration of the work order system, guaranteeing seamless coordination between teams.
  • Negotiation of prices with vendors for turnkey services, scheduling, and overseeing their work to maintain high-quality results.
  • Maintenance of relationships with trusted vendors, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and insurance policies.
Salary and Benefits:

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance
