Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at BRIDGE Housing Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that they are presented in outstanding condition.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in janitor and maintenance work, preferably in an apartment or residential setting. They will also be able to live on-site, as a unit is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and maintenance of exterior property features, including gates, entrances, and trash removal.
  • Maintaining interior courtyards, corridors, and common areas, including lighting fixtures and windows.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of trash and garbage rooms, laundry facilities, and front lobby.
  • Conducting routine inspections and reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance work.
  • Collaborating with outside vendors and contractors to complete work orders efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related trade or technical certification preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license and personal liability insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk over 2500 feet without difficulty, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
