Technical Proficiencies

Extensive knowledge of industrial mechanics, along with a basic understanding of TIG welding principles, single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, motor control circuits, PLCs, and frequency drives.

  • Utilize industrial maintenance expertise to install, maintain, and repair manufacturing systems and equipment. - 45%
  • Conduct condition monitoring tasks, including preventive and predictive maintenance. - 30%
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine potential failure modes and collaborate with operations, engineering, suppliers, and colleagues to enhance equipment reliability. - 15%
  • Employ the company's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and support its role as a vital management information tool. - 5%
  • Propose, develop, and implement modifications to improve equipment functionality and achieve plant and departmental objectives. - 5%
Work Environment

Conditions may involve exposure to powder dust, cleaning agents, confined spaces, and heights.

Normal Shift Hours - 6am - 2pm Tuesday-Saturday with overtime as required.

Compensation - Based on experience and qualifications (Wage Range - $22.00 to $ ).
