Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient Clinic

Asante is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team in Grants Pass, Oregon. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
