Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing virtual therapy services to students in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms to address speech and language disorders, including articulation, language delays, fluency, and voice disorders.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and achievement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation required for IEP meetings and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and teletherapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Oregon state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
  • Previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
