Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas of the Cafe, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Financial Literacy: Guide customers through goal setting and advocate for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with an energized team of Ambassadors to inspire and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Community Outreach: Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagement team to plan events and promote financial literacy within the community.
  • Volunteer Opportunities: Participate in volunteer activities and advocate for financial literacy within the community.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree, 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience, and proficiency in G-Suite.
