Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help effectively support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients with varying levels of ability and need.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Implement behavior reduction strategies to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
