Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Applied ABC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavior support plans in collaboration with school teams and families.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Write reports and develop behavior intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide training and coaching to school staff on implementation of behavior intervention plans and recommended strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
  • Active Board certification as a Behavior Analyst.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in the US and relocate to office location (in person required).
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $5,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
