- Under the guidance of the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and the direct supervision of the Medical Director, the night float advanced practitioner will deliver after-hours care, ensuring access to comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all demographics. The clinician will take initiative and act independently to guarantee high-quality outpatient medical care and after-hours support. The role emphasizes team-based care and care coordination, with the night float advanced practitioner expected to be a vital member of the care team, demonstrating leadership and engagement.
Qualifications
- NP/PA licensure in Massachusetts
- Board certification in relevant specialty
- Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient care environment
