About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Termite Control Specialist. As a key member of our front-line team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service delivery of Terminix products to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Verify job specifications for each work order to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare job sites for treatment, ensuring a safe and effective process.
  • Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
  • Interact with customers to explain services provided and address any concerns.
  • Complete production forms to document services provided and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license.
  • Prior industry experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Detailed orientation and understanding of the importance of safety protocols.
  • Basic math aptitude for calculations related to service delivery.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
