Your Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance calls adhering to company protocols

Deliver exceptional customer service

Assist customers by evaluating work orders, adhering to daily schedules, addressing customer concerns, executing assigned tasks, and proactively resolving issues

Work in conjunction with other departments to enhance processes and information flow

Maintain personal tools and equipment in optimal condition

Document work performed in line with company guidelines

Stay updated on current HVAC standards

Exhibit professionalism in conduct and appearance in all work environments

Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

WHAT YOU REQUIRE:
1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred

High School Diploma, GED, or Technical/Trade School education strongly desired

Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Good physical fitness and strength with a readiness to work overtime

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while guiding customers towards informed purchasing decisions.

Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.

Ensure your company vehicle is kept clean and organized, and manage inventory effectively.

Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.

Participate in the on-call rotation.

Engage in training opportunities to enhance your professional growth.

Possess or be willing to obtain the necessary certifications, with our support.

Essential Qualifications:

Must possess:
A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new techniques.

A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
