Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Create, manage, and terminate user accounts, ensuring seamless access to our enterprise and education environments.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert support for Google, Microsoft, and other third-party solutions, including Intune, Autopilot, MFA, DLP, Defender, ATP, and Chromebook console.
  • Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain the stability, security, and scalability of our Windows and Google platforms, with a focus on automation and software patching.
  • Project Management: Meet tight deadlines and commitments, establish and measure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet business needs.
