Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients and their families, promoting optimal mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapies and social services as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, assessing patient safety and developing strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including psychoeducational support sessions and case management.
  • Document patient progress, adhering to regulatory requirements and System policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for diverse age groups.
  • American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification and formal training in managing aggressive patients.
