Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapies and social services as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services, assessing patient safety and developing strategies to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including psychoeducational support sessions and case management.
- Document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely recording of treatment plans, goals, and interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers, promoting a culture of respect and dignity.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least two years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
- American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification and formal training in managing aggressive patients.
