We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients and their families, promoting optimal mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapies and social services as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services, assessing patient safety and developing strategies to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including psychoeducational support sessions and case management.
- Document patient progress, adhering to regulatory requirements and System policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least two years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
- American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification and formal training in managing aggressive patients.
