About the Job:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide advocacy and facilitate awareness, growth, and psychological development of our clients to aid in the recovery process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in the community.
- Operate own practice in association with an established mental health provider.
- Manage a minimum of 10 clients on caseload.
- Participate in consultation group meetings.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or human services related field.
- Licensed as LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT in the State of Minnesota.
- 2 years post-licensure experience.
- Skilled in identifying and assessing individuals with SPMI, conducting diagnostic assessments, and developing individual treatment plans.
