Bank Operations Manager

At BankTalent HQ, we're looking for a highly skilled Branch Service Manager to oversee the operations of our Heights-Taylor Banking Center in Houston, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing banking center service, operations, and sales functions to achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the banking center's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with senior management to align operational objectives with business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting branch performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of production or sales metrics for employee performance evaluation purposes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in managing lending processes, loan origination, and documentation is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills, including ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
