  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff performance and productivity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of management experience in the fitness or similar industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong math and analytical skills, with the ability to reconcile bank logs and manage inventory
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and night shifts
