Role Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will focus on the upkeep and enhancement of essential building systems, including:


- Electrical wiring and control systems
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Water supply systems
- Carpentry and related plumbing systems
- Preventative maintenance schedules


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-5 years of relevant technical maintenance experience
- In-depth technical knowledge in areas such as electricity, national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and sprinkler systems
- Valid driver's license is required
