Program Manager, Finance and Business Integration Specialist

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Finance and Business Integration team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to execution, and ensuring successful delivery of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage lifecycle activities for multiple projects, including planning, requirements gathering, technology team partnerships, UAT planning and performance, project closing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Work on automation projects and lead the coordination of designing processes and tools to make financial statement processes easier and more accurate.
- Support the expansion of Amazon business by ensuring implementation of controlled processes to keep Amazon's financial statements materially correct.
- Operate as a valued consultant to partner with various stakeholder teams across Amazon.
- Make empowered, impactful decisions to drive the direction of a project to completion.
- Collaborate with Amazonians of diverse backgrounds to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum of three years' professional experience working with financial processes, project management, accounting requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing responsibilities.
- Developed passion for delivering process improvement across the accounting organization.
- Deep sense of ownership and ability to identify process improvement opportunities, drive positive change across the organization, and enhance partnerships between Accounting and various business and IT groups.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing through ambiguity and complexity, and demonstrating ability to support multiple, simultaneous, project launches at any one time.
- Sufficient finance experience to help the project launch team identify and incorporate the necessary financial reporting and internal control elements into the systems or tools that are developed to support new business activities.
- PMP certification.
- Master's degree, or CMA or CPA.
- Experience supporting accounting/finance customers to set and effectively manage expectations, project deliverables, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise.
- Experience in finance projects, including requirement gathering and testing in environments with distributed systems.

The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
