We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Brandtailers. As a key member of our account services team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our restaurant clients and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be working closely with our creative, social, and digital teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive real results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Lead internal and client meetings to discuss campaign progress, brainstorm new ideas, and set clear goals for projects
  • Maintain shared planning documents, traffic assets internally and externally, and develop briefs to support creative, projects, and client insights
  • Perform thorough quality assurance on all deliverables prior to delivery to ensure spelling, grammar, program details, and overall quality
  • Work in a cross-functional team environment to develop internal and external timelines for projects and pitches
Client Relations
  • Strengthen client relationships by becoming a trusted extension of the client's marketing team
  • Gain familiarity with the client's industry, products, and business models to present business-building ideas for clients and the agency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Basecamp
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
