Director of Field Resources and Operations Lead

SCORE Association is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Director of Field Resources and Operations Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading field operations, providing strategic support, and driving results. This role will ensure that field teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to perform effectively.

The successful candidate will also serve as a trusted advisor to the field, addressing questions and concerns related to policies, strategies, resources, and operational challenges.

This is a full-time, exempt position based remotely with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to chapters, districts, or regions.

Salary: $125,000

  • Ensure field teams have necessary tools, equipment, and resources.
  • Serve as point of contact for Disaster Relief efforts as needed.
  • Address questions and concerns from the field related to policies, strategies, resources, and operational challenges.
  • Lead and manage team responsible for logistical and operational support for volunteers.
  • Strategically manage budgets for field resources, logistics, and support activities.
  • Cross-functionally maintain comprehensive Support Center with essential forms, documents, and information accessible to volunteers.
  • Analyze and report on field activity data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract skilled volunteers.
  • Uphold organization policies and standards.
  • Represent SCORE HQ through travel to chapters, districts, or regions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, human resources, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4-7 years' experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Business tools (Outlook, Excel, Zoom, Teams), GSuite.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Experience with coaching and mentorship.
  • Process and program management experience.
  • Strategic data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strategic relationships.
