Audio Visual Specialist Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Specialist Senior to join our team at Productions Unlimited, Inc. This is a full-time non-exempt position with a competitive pay range starting at $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience, education, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure theatrical audio-visual equipment, including pulling control wire, terminating low voltage wiring, and programming systems.
- Maintain CTS-I or CTS-D certification and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Work closely with customers to provide sales, installation, training, and servicing of equipment and systems, including theatrical and performance A/V needs.
- Utilize AutoCAD skills to create and modify drawings, and demonstrate proficiency in reading and drawing.
- Perform physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy equipment (50+ lbs).
- Work in existing or under-construction venues, requiring personal protective equipment, including hard hats, safety glasses, hi-vis vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Operate personnel lifts or scaffolding to work at height.
- Travel out of town and stay overnight in hotels or house rentals with other employees.
- Work some overtime as required.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD to create and modify drawings.
- Maintain polite, courteous, and tactful communication with clients and company staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and organized work habits, with the ability to meet deadlines and complete daily work on time.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit values such as integrity and accountability.
- Work equally well as an individual contributor or team member.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
